Conventional pistol match

Qualifications and Match Fee

Conventional Pistol Match matches are open to Club Members and their spouses only.

​Match Fee: Registration for the match is $15.00 and each match fee is $5.00 per shooter.

Location

 Indoor Range located at McBean Park in Lincoln, CA 

Dates & Times

Conventional Pistol will start up again December 14th. It is on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month through April. Doors open at 2:30pm with the first relay starting at 3:00pm. The following relays are at 4:30pm, 5:45pm, and 7pm. Any shooter who participates in a minimum of 6 matches during the season is eligible for an award . Please see the LRC calendar to verify schedule.

Match Details

​This match is good for beginning shooters wanting to compete using a handgun. This is a low pressure, fun-filled event. Shooters use .22 caliber revolver or pistol, chambered for .22LR with a maximum barrel length of 10 inches.  Laser sights are not allowed. Two club-owned semi-automatic pistols may be available for loan. Members taking advantage of the pistols will be required to purchase and use club-provided ammunition.  

Course of Fire

Sixty (60) rounds; 20 rounds in each on an official 50 ft. NRA target

  • ​Slow Fire (20 rounds)
  • Timed-Fire (20 rounds)
  • Rapid Fire (20 rounds)

ladies night .22's

Qualifications and Match Fee

Ladies Night is a relaxed, non-threatening shooting environment held at our Indoor Range. Although designated for our lady shooters, male shooters are always welcome on a space-available basis, with priority going to the ladies. 


Open to club members and members of the public.  All shooters must be 18 years of age or older.

Match Fee: $1.00 per shooter

Dates and Times

Ladies Night is on the first and third Wednesday evenings from 5:00pm to 8:00pm through April. Sign-in begins at 6:00pm and shooting begins immediately after. Please bring your own .22 caliber firearm and ammunition.

Format Summary

At this event, club coaches are available to work with shooters who want to develop proper shooting skills and increase their marksmanship skills with .22 rimfire firearms. Experienced shooters are also invited to attend and use this opportunity to hone their shooting skills.

Loaner Equipment

Two club-owned semi-automatic pistols may be available for loan. Members taking advantage of the pistols will be required to purchase and use club-provided ammunition.
